Zoetrope is an open-source tool for facilitating the collection, processing, and analysis of Google Street View data across time and space. Using this tool, you can browse Google Maps and access any available street view images of a given address for its associated street view images over time. By creating a neighbourhood and using the sample search, Zoetrope can access the street view images of addresses over time from a uniform random sample.
